- 1). Select the page on which the menu should appear. Click on the page and choose a location for the menu.
- 2). Open the "Behaviors" window. Select "Insert." Click "Jump Menu."
- 3). Choose "Add." Fill in the dialog box with the text and URL for the first choice on the drop-down menu. Click "OK." Repeat until all of the menu selections are filled in.
- 4). Click "OK" to save the menu.
