Talking to Toddlers: The Best Audio Course for Parents?

How many times have you tried "talking" sense to your child? How many times have you told him not to hit his playmate or throw a tantrum when he doesn't get his way? And out of all these, how many times have he listened to you? Probably none--and that could be very frustrating.

As a parent, I know how disappointing it is when our child doesn't listen to a thing we say. We just want the best for them, but why don't they understand this?

Kids don't listen not because they don't want to, but because they don't really understand a thing we're saying. When we say "get off that chair!" they hear the message, but not the concern. They see it as stopping what they want to do, and they don't follow because that's what a person usually does. Talking to Toddlers focuses on communicating with your child, even when he or she is too young to understand words. It helps parents understand what their child is thinking, which allows them to level with the kids--opening doors of communication.

What I like most about this course is that every parent can relate to it. Every toddler is different, but the author gives generic tips that every parent can use. The whole course is also very easy to follow, and Chris Thompson talks in a way that he captures your attention so you don't get bored (which is a very common problem with audio courses).

Now, this is audio course is not a magic spell. Buying it doesn't mean you'd be the best in communicating with your child right away. It takes time, dedication and practice before you'll see results, but rest assured that this is a very great investment to build a good relationship with your child.
