How to Clear MSN Toolbar
- 1). Open the "Start" Menu. On a PC, the "Start Menu" is located at the extreme bottom left hand corner of your screen. If you have chosen a tool bar that disappears when not active, simply hover over the corner and the toolbar will appear. Once you see the "Start" button, click it.
- 2). Underneath the "Settings" heading select the link "Control Panel." In the "Control Panel", find the icon for "Uninstall Program." This menu will display every program on your computer.
- 3). In the "Uninstall Program" Window, uninstall "MSN Toolbar" by selecting it. This will begin your removal process. Your computer will have to remove the software from your computer, this could take a few minutes.
- 4). Open "Internet Explorer" to ensure that the toolbar has been removed. If it has not, try restarting your computer or repeating steps 1 through 3.
