- 1). Power off the computer you want to copy files to from the Intermec 9445 Trakker.
- 2). Press the Trakker's "On/Off" key to turn it off. The LCD display will go blank.
- 3). Connect one end of a 10-pin I/O connector cable to the Trakker in the port on the bottom of the unit. Connect the other end to an RS-232 modem port on a computer.
- 4). Press the "On/Off" key to turn the Trakker back on. Power on the computer.
- 5). Press the "Alt" and the "D" keys simultaneously on the Trakker keypad. A message will appear on the Intermec's LCD screen, reading, "File Name?"
- 6). Press "0" to transmit all data stored in the default file or press "1" to transmit the file that is currently in memory. Press a letter key between "A" and "Z" for a file named after one of the letters in the alphabet as previously defined by the user. The file will then transfer to the computer and the LCD display on the Trakker will read "Transmitting...Transmitted."
