- 2). Scroll down using the down arrow to the "Settings" option on the menu screen. Press the central button to select the "Settings" option.
- 3). Scroll down using the down arrow to the "Setup" option. Press the central button to select the "Setup" option.
- 4). Scroll down using the down arrow to the "Timer Settings." Press the central button to select the "Timer Settings" option.
- 5). Scroll down using the down arrow to "Current Time." Press the central button to select the "Current Time" option.
- 6). Press the up, down, left and right arrows to select the current time (day, hour, minute, am/pm. Press the central button to set each component of the current time.
