- 1). Click "iCal," "File."
- 2). Hover your mouse's icon over "Export" and click "Export."
- 3). Enter a name for the exported calendar. Click the "Where" drop-down menu. Click "Desktop," "Export" to save the calendar to your desktop.
- 4). Launch Microsoft Outlook. Click "Calendar" at the bottom of the Outlook application.
- 5). Drag and drop the exported file on your desktop to the Outlook calendar section to import it into Outlook.
