Best Abs Exercise - Yes Those Abs Are There!
Most people just think that great abs are hard to get so they don't bother, as we get older the fat increases and it gets harder to shift.
So what is the best abs exercise so lets try a few; the first one is the raised knee in, lay on the floor flat out with your hands on the floor palms down lift your legs of the floor while keeping your back on the floor, then lift your knee up until its pointing towards the ceiling knee bent, hold for a few few seconds and then lower to be level with your other leg then repeat with other leg, this exercise is good for the lower abs.
Lets try an exercise for the upper abs, lay on the floor lift your legs straight in the air keeping them together until they point towards the ceiling, then while your legs are in the air point your arms towards your feet and gently lift your upper torso up and hold for a few seconds, take this exercise gently you don't want to strain anything.
So what is the best abs exercise, well who can really say but whatever you do you must start watching what you eat and be careful what is in the food, many contain hidden sugars and others have been stripped of all there goodness.
I have only touched the tip of the iceberg here and to get anywhere takes effort, you will find that if you start exercising and watching your diet you will soon start to feel the benefits and hopefully improve the way you feel about yourself, remember you have the right to have the great abs.
