- 1). Locate the desired location for mounting the Alexor wireless control unit. This main control unit is customarily located on a wall close to the front or back door of the home.
- 2). Mark the location and use the drill to pre-drill four mounting holes on that wall.
- 3). Plug the phone cord and the AC power cord into their marked ports on the side of the control unit and plug the other ends of these cords into the telephone jack and electrical outlet, respectively.
- 4). Place the AA batteries into the battery bay in the back of the main unit, matching the positive and negative sides of the batteries with the markings in the battery bay. You need to remove and replace the battery bay cover before and after placing batteries into the unit.
- 5). Press and hole the "*" and "1" buttons on the keypad of the main control unit for three seconds and the display screen will light up. Once the screen lights up, you will see the message: "WFKP Enrollment Successful."
- 6). Screw the main control unit into the wall you pre-marked using the pre-drilled holes.
