Intravenous multidrug therapy is suggested to treat cutaneous anthrax infection if you have signs of wider infection, such as thorough fluids in tissues (edema) or lesions on the head and neck. A vaccine to prevent anthrax is available for people in the military and others at big risk. Chlorine bleach is ,inefficient in destroying spores and vegetative cells on surfaces, although, formaldehyde is effective. Burning clothing is very efficient in destroying spores.
