    • 3). Find the amount of liters in a cup by dividing the liter amount by 236.59. To convert cups to liters, multiply the cup amount by 236.59. Round decimals to the nearest whole number. For example 1/4 cup equals approximately 60 mL.

    • 4). Convert ounces to grams by multiplying the amount of ounces by 28.35. To calculate ounces to grams, multiply the gram amount by 0.035. Round decimal numbers to the nearest whole number. For example, 4 oz. equals approximately 113 g.

    • 5). Multiply the amount of Celsius by 9 then divide by 5, then add 32 to find the amount of Fahrenheit. To find Celsius, subtract 32 from the amount of Fahrenheit, then multiply by 5 and divide by nine. For example, 400 F equals 205 C.
