- 1). Make sure your current copy of NetZero HiSpeed is uninstalled. If it is not, a duplicate copy might be created that could complicate the re-installation process.
- 2). Insert the NetZero HiSpeed installation CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive, or double-click on the "NetZeroHSSetup.exe" file on your computer's desktop.
- 3). Follow the installation instructions on screen. Once the installation is complete, double-click the NetZero icon on the desktop to connect to the ISP.
