4. A Black Folder:

For singers in a choir that does not provide a black folder (and most do not outside of high school and college), a fancy black folder is a bit of a luxury. Of course, you can use a black binder instead, but nice choir folders have a strap on the back that makes holding your music more comfortable. It is also nicer to have the option to just slip your music in a strap, rather than hole punch everything.
