7 Steps of Astral Travel for Beginners
The first one of the steps of astral travel is to make sure that you are in a good mood and that you are relaxed. You should be comfortable and you should have a place that is peaceful in which to sit. Your muscles should be relaxed and not tense. Breathe in deeply and hold the breath for as long as you are able to comfortably.
