- 1). Use a socket wrench to loosen the bolts securing the foot-pegs on both sides of the ATV. Then, gently remove the bolts and pegs.
- 2). Slide the nerf bars under the ATV, and make sure that they are facing the right direction.
- 3). Lift each side of the kit, and begin securing the bars by reconnecting the foot-peg bolts into the new attached foot-pegs.
- 4). Use the bolts included with the nerf bars to secure them with the four bolt-holes under the ATV on the bottom of the chassis.
- 5). Retighten all the bolts securing the nerf bars, as tight as possible.
