How to Upgrade a XenApp Access Management Console

    • 1). Log on to "My Citrix" webpage on a server computer with administrative privileges.

    • 2). Type your "Username" and "Password" and click "Log In."

    • 3). Click the "Support" menu and choose "Downloads."

    • 4). Choose the option "Citrix XenApp" in the box titled "Search Downloads by Product."

    • 5). Choose "XenApp 5 Feature Pack" in the 'Product Software" box.

    • 6). Click the link that corresponds to your existing XenApp edition.

    • 7). Follow on-screen guided prompts to finish installing the "XenApp 5.0 Feature Pack." This will upgrade your XenApp Access Management Console.
