- 1). Locate a doctor by using your health insurance carrier. Log onto its website and select the "Find a Doctor" button. This will take you to a web page that will allow you to search for a physician. Enter "Orlando, Florida" in the appropriate fields under the search terms section, select the provider category, select the provider type and the type of insurance plan you have. Click the "Search " button retrieve your search results.
