Spray non-stick spray onto a baking sheet. Mash black beans and cumin with a fork in a large mixing bowl. Add corn and one fourth of the breadcrumbs. In separate medium bowl, combine tomatoes, scallions, cilantro, one half of the chili powder and all of the salt. Add one cup of the tomato mixture to the bean mixtures. Mix the remaining breadcrumbs with the oil and the remaining chili powder. Divide the bean mixture into 8 parts and form into balls. Lightly coat the balls with the breadcrumb mixture. Bake on the baking sheet for about 20 minutes. Prepare the avocado and the tomato mixture to create the salsa. Serve the salsa with the croquettes. This delicious meal is a perfect example of a weight reducing recipe.
