Acne is a very embarrassing and very frustrating condition.

The first thing that I found that I needed to do was to clean my body and drink a lot of water.

I was probably drinking around one glass of water a day, but now I drink at least 8 full glasses each day.
Water will help heal the skin and help clear your body of the toxins that are causing acne.
You also want to stay away from the kitchen with food is frying.
When food fries in hot oil, the grease and oil become airborne.
When the grease is in the air, it must settle somewhere, and it will settle on your skin.
This will then clog your pores and you will have a higher chance of getting more acne.
I used to cook a lot of greasy foods, but now I try to stay away from those things and bake foods.

As a natural face wash to get rid of your acne, get some fresh lemons and peel off the skin.
Use the skin off of the lemon and some warm water to gently wash your face.
Let the lemon and water sit on your face for around thirty minutes and wash with your normal face wash.

They also have a high water content which will help with the amount of water you get each day.
To reduce the swelling of pimples that are forming, you can take some regular toothpaste and put in on the affected areas at bed time.
Let is stay on your face overnight and in the morning the redness and swelling should have gone down.
