- 1). Charge the Fender battery pack using the outlet charger that came with the battery until the light on the charger turns green indicating a full charge.
- 2). Place the black lead of your multimeter onto the negative contact (right lug) on the Fender Passport battery pack.
- 3). Place the red lead on your multimeter onto the positive contact (left lug) on the Fender Passport battery pack.
- 4). Turn the multimeter on to 20V DC. If the battery reads 12 volts or more the battery pack is good. If the meter reads less than 12 volts, contact Fender for battery replacement options.
