- 1). Level up to Level 8 to vie for the Squad Leader position or Level 15 for the Platoon Leader role at the beginning of a match. The quickest way to level up is to invest points in the engineer or medic roles, which rapidly accumulate experience for non-combat roles like healing or reviving players or repairing and sabotaging critical units on the battlefield.
- 2). Use your command menu to lead your squad from the objectives given by your platoon leader and commander, based on the current objective situation. Keep your squad nearby as claiming objectives gives your team more experience due to being near you. It also encourages team play by focusing on objectives that lead to victory.
- 3). Call in strikes as a platoon leader and coordinate with your squad leaders in order to attempt to dominate the other team. Use the various air strikes and cool-down powers to keep the enemy away from certain areas or to harass them at spawning points. Collect 10 leadership points for a major victory, 8 points for a minor victory and 3 points for a loss.
