- 1). Rotate the knob on the back of the Cooper Lighting Portable Plug-In Motion Light so that the line on the knob lines up with the 15-second mark.
- 2). Decide on a wall of the house where the Cooper Lighting Portable Plug-In Motion Light will be installed. Place the Cooper on the wall. Screw wood screws through the holes in the brackets on each side of the light and into the wall using a Phillips screwdriver.
- 3). Run the power cord connected to the Cooper down the wall and over to an AC outlet--if the Cooper is being used outdoors, a cover plate must first be removed from the AC outlet that is on the outside wall of the house.
- 4). Plug the Cooper's power cord into the AC outlet.
