In the United States, these organizations are referred to as "Homeowners Association." The organizations aim to help the natives of the area have better living conditions, such as good sewage and running water. - Valley View Estate Residents Welfare Association looks to make the locale the most sought-after housing facility in the area. The group puts together area rules to set a standard for housing but also organizes outings in the area. Since there are a significant number of towers associated with Valley View, the community makes its own little mini-city within the area where you can find everything from coffee shops to grocery stands.
