- 1). Purchase a replacement visor through your local Mercedes dealership or specialty parts store. Be sure to buy one specifically made for the ML320 as the wiring harness that delivers power to the mirror light needs to match.
- 2). Remove the plastic cap covering the mounting screws at the visor bracket's base. Use a Flathead screwdriver to gently pry the plastic cap off. Then use a Philips head screwdriver to remove the screws holding the visor bracket to the car.
- 3). Disconnect the wiring harness by squeezing the base of the plug and pulling it free from the visor. Then remove visor completely.
- 4). Align the replacement visor in the same fashion as old one. Connect the wiring harness and the secure with the mounting screws. Snap plastic cap over the screws to complete the job.
