How to Remove Duplicate Reminders in Outlook 2007
- 1). Open Outlook 2007.
- 2). Click "Calendar" and then "Calendar Folder."
- 3). Click "View" and then "Current View." Select "By Category."
- 4). Arrange the calendar appointments by subject by clicking once on the "Subject" header. This makes it easy to see the duplicate items.
- 5). Click on each duplicate appointment on the list and press the "Delete" key. Select multiple items by holding down the "Ctrl" key while clicking on the items on the list.
