Well this is a myth on the greasy food side how ever diet is very important to getting clear skin.
Science has not yet proven a connection between acne and greasy foods but they have actually found one between healthier foods and acne and they are foods that you are actually eating daily.
Dairy products and bananas contain specific amino acids in them that can trigger the onset of the bacterial hormones that cause acne so limiting these foods when suffering acne is a very good idea.
