- 1). Fill an empty spray bottle with 8 oz of water.
- 2). Add 10 to 12 drops of rosemary essential oil to the spray bottle of water.
- 3). Shake the bottle of homemade repellent before each use.
- 4). Test spray on a small, inconspicuous area of your furniture. Allow spray to dry. If no staining occurs, proceed with spraying on and around furniture to deter cats.
- 5). Reapply spray once each week. Also reapply spray after precipitation occurs.
