To grow larger muscles and speed fat loss you should eat about 1 gram of protein per pound of your target weight.
Example: you would consume 190 grams of protein a day for your target weight of 190 pounds.
Find A Partner There are tons of benefits to working out with someone else.
You can do a better range of exercises if someone is there to spot you, plus others push you outside of your comfort zone.
A partner can hold you accountable and vice-versa.
A partner can encourage you to work harder when necessary, and compliment you when you do.
Knowing that someone else knows your fitness goals can be a super motivator.
