How to Care for the Outsides of Nonstick Pots
- 1). Let the nonstick pot's surfaces thoroughly cool.
- 2). Begin filling your kitchen sink with hot water. As the sink is filling, squirt a drop of dishwashing detergent into the flowing water.
- 3). Immerse the nonstick pot in the soapy water. Soak a non-abrasive sponge in the soapy water.
- 4). Wipe the outside of the pot with the soapy sponge. Detach any food spills and grime from the bottom and sides of the pot.
- 5). Rinse the nonstick pot under flowing, warm water. Flush the soapsuds off the pot's exterior surfaces.
- 6). Wipe the pot's surfaces dry with a dish towel.
