- 1). Get all of the computers you would like to install Ethernet connectors in in one place.
- 2). Remove the sides. Usually this can be done by pulling a hinge on the side of the case, or by unscrewing the screws on the back and then sliding off the side of the case. Remove the left side of each case if each computer's front is oriented towards you.
- 3). Install your Ethernet connector cards by pushing them into the correct slot. Put the computer cases back together and power the computers back on.
- 4). Using your Ethernet cable, connect each of the computers to the hub. They are all networked.
