- 1). Bring your old ID with you when you go to your command PSD to have it replaced, unless you lost it. Call PSD to determine what time ID issuance and replacement is before going there.
- 2). Go to the "Appointment Scheduler" official website. You can select the state, or enter the site name or zip code on this website to determine which PSD is closest to your home.
- 3). Select your city and click "Next." Choose the location closest to you to access the calendar and the rest of the information about PSD. Make sure that you read through the details, such as hours of operation, what to bring on your appointment and how to add a dependent to DEERS, if that person also requires a dependent ID, so you are fully prepared before you report to PSD for your scheduled appointment.
- 4). Select the date you prefer on the calendar, pick the most convenient time for you and enter all your information on the form. Choose the appropriate "Personnel Type" and your "Branch of Service" from the drop-down lists and click "Submit" to secure your appointment with PSD.
