20.So the efforts of the muslim leadership to emerge are the need of hour, and should not wait for any political party to come to their respective constituencies to get elected from their constituencies and we do not blame any Muslim political party for their inaction towards the muslim society for the new leadership to same the Muslims in India. Till today there is not such leader is seen to claim himself he is leader of Indian Muslims stood for the development and progress of the society. There is a greater need to emerge new leadership for the Indian Muslim society to safeguard its interest at national level for which every state has to take care for the political leadership in next elections if not at present to form it for that purpose.

21.For muslim community raising the issues in parliament and in assemblies are not sufficient for the purpose of the development and progress of the muslim community but there should be a regular mechanism to check the day today activity of the government as well as its bureaucratic machinery for its proper functioning with the true spirit of democracy and secularism in India. at the same time, Muslim MPS and MLA in their states are in feeling that they are doing more than the muslim people but in reality is that they are getting elected by the Muslim people as an obligation and compulsion to elect them even after knowing the fact that they are elected only for themselves and for their families as well as to protect and enhance their assets, properties and their businesses on the name of the Muslim community to which they are, they were and they shall be ever thankful for electing them as their leaders. 

  22.Syed Shahabuddin, a renowned muslim leader claimed in his article in Milli Gazette dated June 18, 2011 under the caption of " Are indian muslims wholly responsible for their backwardness" that " Ever since the presentation of the Sachar Committe Report and particularly after publication of Ranganada Mishra Report, the spokesman of the political establishment has been repeatedly holding the muslim Community asd its leadership themselves responsible for its deprivation, degradation and backwardness. Their purposes are obviously meant to shift the blame away from the governments which have been in power from 1947, particularly the Congress at the center and states of muslim concentration. Muslim backwardness is the consequence of various political, social, and economic changes on which the muslims had little or no control"  

23.We have one extreme and different view the writer mr. Razaque Rahman has expressed his view in Muslim Mirror, on february 16, 2014 and claimed in his article under the title of "Indian muslims can survive without political protection" that " from that perspective, Narendra Modi may not be so bad a preposition for the community"

24.We have seen so many parties since last three decades which are failed in protecting the Muslim interest in the country. At least in babri masjid case no one has been fixed for demolition and all the Hindu fundamentalists are claiming themselves that they do everything for uniting the whole Indian society against the muslim minorities and Muslim parties are not in a position to face them in Parliament. Gujarat riots are one more step of these forces which have not been fixed for the mass killing of more than 3000 Muslims and only widow who is still in struggle for fixing the leader of gujarat state. fake encounters case in same gujrat is still not to confirm the sentence to those who were charge sheeted at least. mulayam singh yadav's latest killing field in muzaffar nagar is the bad example for the secular play in protecting the killers and allowing the muslim families in tents and have been killed in severe cold where no proper feclities were provided by the Samajvadi party government in Uttar Pradesh.

25.To know the situation of rehabilitation of the Muzaffar Nagar Muslims an article is published in siasat Urdu daily news paper dated 4 February 2014 under the caption "the great Muslim leadership of India" written b y Subhatul Marjan, claimed that "it is ironical that people you like, who believe in personal gains and selfish appeasement of the ruling party, represent Muslim community. It is great that you got your buffaloes back". Mr. Azam khan, who is become infamous in the Muslim society for his just buffaloes which were lost, by reprimanding the police just buffaloes. He has not shown the love for riot victims of his Muslim community of Muzaffar nagar  as he has his interest in his buffaloes of his interest.

26.Indian Muslim MPS jointly appealed to the Prime Minister of india for his intervention to tackle the issue of Muslim backwardness, as this was the news item appeared in the Hindu dated December 13, 2011, the essence of the appeal what they made claimed is " this can only happen by bringing all the departments into net of our 5 point program and expanding MSDP (Multi Sectoral Development Program) of Ministry of Minority Affairs, to block/ ward level in the light of the NAC'S ( National Advisory Committe) recommendations." They said in a letter signed by 30 MPS including Mr. K. Rahman Khan, Mr.Syed Aziez Pasha (CPI)and Mr.Asadududdin Owaisy(AIMIM), Mr. Moinul Hasan(CPM) and Mr. Mohammed Azharudding( INC)

27.Here are some important views taken to find the reason for the muslim backwardness to understaand the real causes . Of them one is from the E. M. Abdul Rahman, Chairman, Popular Front of India, who spoke at the Convention of Ulemas and Imams in New Delhi that " theme of the convention-Reservation is a social agenda. It is means to socially uplift a community which is minority as well as backward in the country". As Justice Rajender Sachar Committee, has documented, muslims in India are engulfed as 3 fold crisis- Identity, Security, and Equality.

28.Further he continued his speech in strong opinion on the present conditions of indian muslims at the hands of congress and bjp governments after demolition of Babri Masjid and claimed that "Muslim minority of the largest democracy being frequently reminded that they are marginalized, exploited and victimized. The new verdict of the High Court about Babri Masjid land reminded them that right for their identity is being challenged. Anti-Muslim riots and torture of innocent muslims after every bomb blast conspired by Sangh Parivar elements, reminded them that their security is at stake. very close to the theme of this convention is the denial of equality as evidences by the miserable and shameful level of muslim backwardness and underdevelopment. it is the misery of of the Muslim community, but it is the shameful to the whole nation." This is the extracted portion of the speech of Mr. E M Abdul Rahman, he delivered on 6th december, 2010, in New Delhi.

29.He has touched many issues of the muslim community at that convention. he is neither MP nor any MLA of any Muslim party to organize such a convention of Ulemas and Imams gathered from all parts of the nation. He has such a zeal and pain in his heart to do something good for the muslim community in India.

 30.Police investigation in catching of these Hindu fundamentalist elements in planting the bombs in both temples and in Masjids are really praise worthy act, they sincerely and honestly performed their duty in identifying the real culprits behind series of blasts in india. If the chief of Maharashtra task force Mr. Karkary is alive, we could get stunning facts behind these blasts to the world in the investigations Samjhoutha Express bomb blast, Malegaon blast, Mecca Masjid blast AJmer Darga blasts and in Patna serial blast, the ugly faces of ISI, and Hindu fundamentalist groups would come before us for their links and  active support of those politicians who are in fore front to win the Parliamentary elections 2014.

31.These elections are in other words would give us an impression that the BJP has surrendered itself to Mr.Narendra Modi for saving those leaders who had the links in these blasts for killing of the muslims in india. All these blast cases should be re-investigated by the honest and sincere police officers like Mr. karkure, who laid down his life at the hands of their own people for getting the culprits to justice and to erase the blots the muslim youth received unfairly and we are all thankful for the services he rendered to the nation in impartial investigation of ISI, local police and Hindu fundamentalist elements who colluded for their selfish ends.
