How to Remove the Drawer From a KitchenAid Brand Trash Compactor

Remove the Drawer

• 1). Grasp the handle of the drawer, and pull it all the way out. Inspect the drawer rollers. Note the tracks used by the rollers.
  
  
• 2). Lift the front of the drawer so that it clears the drawer stops.
  
  
• 3). Hold the sides of the drawer with both hands. Pull it away from the trash compactor to remove it.
  
  

Replace the Drawer

• 1). Hold the sides of the drawer with both hands. Lift it over the tracks.
  
  
• 2). Place the drawer rollers into the correct tracks.
  
  
• 3). Lift the front of the door over the drawer stops. Push the drawer all the way in.
