Simple Automatic PC Backup Program
Add to the fact that there are thousands of viruses just waiting to attack your system.
These reasons alone are enough for you to consider purchasing some sort of backup system.
Two years ago I had a major system crash with my computer.
The data that I lost cause to me all kinds of problems.
I had pictures that were not backed up anywhere, text documents from work that I did not have backed up and tons of other personal information.
All of this was wiped out.
I spent the next week trying to track down passwords and other information I needed for my business.
Now I am here to tell you that losing all that information is not good for business.
It was extremely hard for me to get the information I needed to re-create the files that were lost.
I cannot tell you the number of man hours it took to create all that data or the cost but it was very expensive.
Just imagine you or one of your employees having the same type of problem when it could have easily been avoided with an automatic PC backup program.
There are two primary purposes for backing up all of your computers.
Probably the first reason to make sure all your files are backed up is the event they are accidentally deleted or somehow corrupted.
Another reason is what we call a disaster recovery, this is used in the event of some sort of disaster and you need to recover the information that was lost.
I guess there is one more reason to use a backup program, today we keep just about all of our pictures in a digital format.
It would be a shame to lose those sweet little baby pictures or your daughters wedding pictures because of a system crash.
The last thing that I want talk about is what to look for in an automatic PC backup program.
It needs to be easy-to-use, if its not it wont get used.
It also needs to function automatically, this gives you virtually unlimited restore points.
Another feature I would suggest is called data de-duplication.
Data the duplication saves time and resources which helps to reduce the time it takes to backup your system.
