- 1). Attach the cable to the bottom of your iPod Touch. Connect the other end of the cable to an available USB port on your computer.
- 2). Open the iTunes program.
- 3). Select your iPod Touch from the list of "Devices" located on the left of the iTunes window.
- 4). Click the Music tab.
- 5). Mark the box located to the left of "Purchased" in the "Playlists" subsection.
- 6). Click the "Sync" button. Your purchased music automatically downloads to your iPod Touch. When the download is complete, iTunes prompts you that it is safe to remove your iPod Touch from the cable.
