- 1). Slide the Zip disk into the Zip drive.
- 2). Click the "All Files" folder in the box that appears in the center of the screen when the Zip disk is loaded.
- 3). Hold the left-mouse button on the file that you want to move. Move the cursor to the Zip disk's folder. The file is copied onto the Zip disk.
- 4). Eject the Zip disk from the drive.
