6 Activities You Can Practice For 10 Minutes, 6 Times a Day While Working in Your Online Business

If you subscribe to my blog, you are aware of my philosophy on maximising the use of your time in a working environment - two blocks of 3 hours, with each hour broken into 50 minutes of work and 10 minutes of non-work.
The two 3 hour blocks separated by either an hour or half an hour of relaxation and exercise on a rotational basis.
In reality, the 6 ten minute blocks are an hour of time that can be utilised productively.
There are any number of activities that can be undertaken, but the following are the top six of my favourites.
1.
Stretch.
By stretching your muscles or joints, you increase blood flow, and over time, you will gain flexibility and improve focus.
There are any number of exercises that you can perform in the 10 minutes 2.
Network.
Update your Twitter or Facebook accounts or look for contacts online.
Using an API you can schedule your posts for days in advance if you wish.

(previously Tweetlater) The basic version is adequate and free.

Meditate.
As a method of stress relief this is tops.
Use the 10 minutes to centre yourself and consider the good things in your life.
4.
Update your Journal.
Jim Rohn taught that keeping a journal is a gift, not only for yourself, but as a valuable business tool.
By keeping your journal you can record your thoughts and ideas, rather than trust to your memory.
If you are like millions of others, the busier you get the more unreliable your memory becomes.
5.
Plan your time.
You can ensure there is balance in your life and in your business, by ensuring that your time is utilised properly, and effectively.
Make sure there is time for your family, and for exercise, as well as time for yourself.
6.
Research.
Look at your plans for your days and see if there is something new to be learned about your planned activities - Is there new information available that will make your life easier or better? And there you have it.
If you rotate these 6 activities you will find your working time will become more productive and your energy levels will increase.
You will go a long way toward making your annual income your monthly income.
