    • 1). Cover the face with your regular foundation. Set the foundation with loose face powder and apply it with a kabuki brush.

    • 2). Draw an inverted "V" on the outer crease of your eyelid using a black eyeliner pencil. Wooden pencils work best. Stroke on the "V" with the wider part facing toward the eye and the skinny part facing out. The top leg of the "V" should be in the eyelid crease while the bottom leg is on the top of the eyelashes.

    • 3). Extend the top leg of the "V" to 2/3 of the crease. Draw the bottom leg out the full length of the top of eyelashes. Smooth the lines with your pencil connecting any start and stop points. Do this for both eyes.

    • 4). Add another eyeliner line below the outer eye line. This line should be short about 1/2 inch long and unconnected to any other line. Do this for both eyes. Use a short bristled eyeshadow brush to bring the line to the top crease down to the inner eyes.

    • 5). Dab the yellow eyeshadow on to the tip of a short eye bristled eyeshadow brush. Apply it to the eyelids between the lines you drew. Next, apply the yellow eyeshadow above the crease line. Do not paint the black lines.

    • 6). Touch the area between the lower lashes and the line your drew under it with yellow eyeshadow. Use a white eyeliner to line the water line of your eye. This will open the eye up.

    • 7). Curl up the eyelashes with an eyelash curler. Add mascara to the top and lower lashes.

    • 8). Apply pink blusher to the apples of your cheeks. Touch your lips with pale pink lipstick.
