Effectively, any and every sound made by the speaker and that is recorded, will show up in the output document is some form or another.
In contrast, the non-verbatim transcription will not contain these fillers.
The conversation will be similar to conversation found in novels or stories where only conversations are documented, with no room whatsoever for fillers.
Intelligent Method Of Transcription The intelligent method of audio typing relies on the skill of the transcriptionist to take a call as to whether a filler sound should be included in the output document.
Let us say that the speaker is clearing his throat, not to actually clear his throat, but rather emphasize a point he is trying to make.
Another similar situation could be if the speaker is using a word repeatedly, not out of fault or mistake, but because it is relevant to the conversation that is in transit.
In such cases, the transcription will take a call and decide to include these fillers because they truly represent the importance of being present in a given sentence.
Obviously, each of the transcription services has its place in different scenarios.
