Wood Conditioner
Wood conditioners are available in the market in different varities. Because most soft woods are hard to absorb wood stains when treated, the best solution to overcome this problem is by using a wood conditioner that will serve as pre-stain to improve its smoothness and absorbing ability.
 Gel Stain
Another finishing you shouldn't forget is to apply gel stains right after you apply wood conditioner. A gel stain gives you the ability to accurately control the level of color you want to apply to your project plan
 Top Furnish Coating
After applying the wood conditioner and gel stain, what you'll need next is a topnotch coating. Excellent coatings to consider are coatings with polyurethane as they are very easy to work with, very protective, and durable.
