RackSack Assembly Instructions
- 1). Remove any debris or dirt from the top of your vehicle before assembling your RackSack. Brush away the debris or wipe the top with a damp, microfiber cloth or sponge.
- 2). Unfold your RackSack on top of your vehicle—fleece side facing down and zipper end facing the rear—between the cargo/luggage rack front and rear crossbars and/or side rails.
- 3). Unzip the bag (if zipped close) and stack your luggage into it one piece at a time, starting with the heavier pieces on the bottom, then the lighter pieces on top.
- 4). Close your RackSack and zip it shut.
- 5). Loop the first mounting strap under and around the horizontal crossbar or side rails, then snap the tabbed piece on the strap into the closest connector. Repeat with the other straps.
- 6). Pull down on the end of the straps to tighten the straps and secure your RackSack. When finished, grasp the handles and tug your RackSack toward the front and rear of your vehicle to make certain it won't slide when you drive. If it does slide, unsnap and reposition the straps as needed.
- 7). Secure the strap ends to prevent wind noise or fraying. Roll the loose end of the first strap up toward the top connection point, then close the T-shaped hook-and-loop fastener pieces around the straight section of the strap to secure the rolled-up section. Repeat with each strap.
