As the world grows towards increasing globalization, the need for cooperative and collaborative global leadership becomes ever more important. This not only includes the need for more leaders on the global frontier, but it will also require efforts of national leaders just as well.
Today, the United Nations acts as a governing body across most nations in the world. However, even the United Nations is composed of countries that may not often share the same view of truth, core values and beliefs, or identical philosophies and ideologies. These differences are often at the root of conflict and disagreement regardin some of biggest world issues.
So how do we reconcile these specific issues? While the achievements of many world organizations and those of the Secretary-General along with his cabinets in the United Nations are grand, perhaps it is pragmatic for the future to focus on the level of national leadership when considering the best option for world leadership. National leadership exists at many different levels and is a different composition for each country. However, if leaders of each nation can come together and a reach a consensus on their debates about world issues, more cooperation will register on the world scale.
Why is this so? This is certainly due largely to the grand scale of all things being composed of many individual components. Sometimes the focus on large achievements are driven null only because the synthesis of an issue is being considered repetitively while all the details are ignored. Breaking down issues and evaluating each single detail and how it can be fixed or optimized are the keys to grand success in the end.
Such is the same with improved world leadership, which will lead to a better utopia based upon our human duties. Fostering cooperation within each individual nation's leaders and people will provide world leaders a better grasp at how we can progress as the human race. Their jobs will become much clearer with less internal conflicts while productivity will increase exponentially. In addition, their goals will become much more purposeful, and we will see change for certain.
This just comes to show that our universe is composed of many, many things. To reach utopia on our human end, all must be considered with details.
