New parents John and Angela Coughlin are fighting a speeding ticket after being pulled over on the highway by a State Trooper while rushing to the hospital to deliver their son…telling 911 dispatcher they couldn't stop because Angela's water had broken and the baby was coming fast. The trooper escorted the couple to the hospital where he congratulated them on the birth of their son, and handed John a speeding ticket.  We talk to the family to hear their story.
