Three Tips to Getting Bigger Muscles

Every single day people search the internet trying to find out how to make their muscles just a little bit bigger.
You'd think that the information would be really easy to find - but believe it or not most people end up going in circles and eventually just hitting dead end after dead end.
I've tried to put together three solid, simple tips that will help you get bigger muscles.
These aren't magic techniques by any means but they work and have worked for thousands of years.
1) Stay Hydrated.
Staying hydrated is a huge key to letting your muscles reach their full potential.
Staying hydrated allows for better blood circulation, flexibility, and helps repair muscles after a a hard workout.
You can stay hydrated by, of course, drinking water or a sports drink like Gatorade (as long as the sports drink isn't too high in sugar).
2) Resting.
Often when we think of ways to get in better shape we think of working out.
But contrary to what most people think your muscles only grow when you're resting.
When you workout you are actually using your muscles as hard as you can and tearing them down, when you rest your muscles re-build bigger and better than previously.
Resting is crucial so make sure to get as much sleep as possible.
3) Workout.
Now of course the moment you've all been waiting for.
To grow your muscles to the max you have to push your muscles to the max.
Go as hard as you can, for as long as you can and try your best not to give in when your muscles start aching.
By going as hard as you can you are wearing down your muscles as much as possible so that when you rest they re-build much stronger then before which in turn will allow you to workout longer the next time!
