- 1). Restart your computer in "Safe Mode" by holding down "F8" as you turn it on.
- 2). Type "regedit" into the Start menu search bar and click "Registry Editor."
- 3). Delete the following six registry keys in the list that pops up by selecting them and clicking the "Delete" button:

- 5). Delete the following three files by searching for their name in the Start menu, then right-clicking the file name and selecting "Delete":
catcher.dll
cwebpage.dll
gui.exe - 6). Restart your computer normally.
