- 1). Turn on the jailbroken device by pressing the "Power" button. Move the lock screen slider to the right.
- 2). Go to the "Cydia" app from the home screen and tap the "Sections" icon.
- 3). Scroll down until you find the "Themes" folder and tap it once. Browse through the theme selections until you find one you like. Tapping on the listing gives you more information, including screenshots of what the theme looks like. Look for themes that have a background wallpaper.
- 4). Tap the "Install" button near the top for the theme you want. Touch the "Confirm" button and wait until it installs. You will be prompted to tap the "Return to Cydia" or "Restart Sprinboard" button.
- 5). Go back to the home screen and tap the "Settings" icon. Scroll down until you see the "WinterBoard" option, and tap it.
- 6). Go to "Select Themes" area and tap the title of theme you downloaded. Touch the "WinterBoard" button to go back and then press "Respring." Your iOS device will restart. After restarting, you'll see the new theme and WinterBoard background.
