Fear Of Death - Do You Know When It Will Start To Get Unhealthy?
Although fear of death is normal and common, but excessive fear of death is not healthy.
If someone has this excessive fear, they will feel depress and anxious all the time.
The thoughts and images of these very thing that they are scared of will keep on playing in their mind.
As a result, they will experience a lot of anxiety feelings and also bodily sensations.
Some of the sensations that people with this symptoms often reported having are, choking, trembling, smothering,unwanted thoughts or images,pins and needles etc.
In case you are not sure what these feelings are, they are what you call anxiety disorder symptoms.
Anxiety disorder is not an illness but rather a condition, So to stop all these fearful thoughts you must know what actually trigger them, there are no drugs that can cure behavioral conditions.
In the course of our life, we might have encountered countless of very stressful happenings and occurrences such as being abused as a child, broken family, marital violence, bereavements, money worries, health worries etc that could have dented on our subconscious mind.
When this happens, the subconscious mind got reset to a higher base line which means it will always be anxious and alert at all times.
So even minor things can "alert" the subconscious mind to respond with the fight or flight reactions when in reality there is no danger or threat present.
In the case of every anxiety disorder sufferers, anything that they have extra concern about, such as death or illness for example, can trigger an anxiety/panic attack or make them become obsessive on that particular subject.
Normally, even after the initial trigger of anxiety attack has faded, the subconscious mind is still anxious and alert.
It will remain like that until it is brought back to the normal base line.
