Based on my personal experience, in most cases when I go to public places I must use a washroom.
The thing I want to talk about is how they are equipped.
Not everyone knows how a office washroom is important a lot of people go there and use this washroom some of them even base their impression about the company because of the washroom.
In most cases the washroom is poorly equipped there are no grab bars for the handicapped, no soap dispensers not to mention a proper toilet.
The question is would you like to work or visit such a place when there is a place where you walk in and think "I could never do my stuff here"? The answer is simple NO! Washroom accessories are not very expensive but they really make a difference.
I'm sure that you felt the refreshing feeling when you walked to a clean and nicely equipped washroom where you could satisfy your need without a sign of disgust.
This is really very important to a worker or a stuff member, if not try imagine a situation where you find yourself in such a washroom that has no standard at all, I'm sure you would change your feelings to worse towards the company after such a visit.
Next a well equipped washroom is a safe one, a lot of accidents happen in washroom and they are unpleasant for both the office manager and the worker who have sustained a damage.
Having your washroom accessories up to date reduces a risk of injury to minimum.
