3 Steps to Getting Rid of Belly Fat

Oh, belly fat is such an absolute pain to get rid of if you don't know what you're doing.
There are tons of conflicting little cures and hints and tips and methods to helping you get rid of them, but I'm gonna tell you right now - I have three little steps that are easy and aren't completely unrealistic.
Don't think that getting rid of belly fat is impossible, because, believe me, it's not.
Step #1: Tuck Your Tummy In.
Hold your stomach in as much as you can, every time you can think about it during the day.
This will help to tighten and strengthen those muscles, which will make your stomach look ten times better while still helping you increase your metabolism.
Step #2: Eat Fruits and Vegetables.
Instead of having those sandwiches with cold cuts and then a big rack of ribs for dinner, turn it into fresh fruits and vegetables, maybe a salad.
The nutrients you gain fruits and vegetables that are fresh are exponentially greater than anything you'll ever get from processed food in a can.
Step #3: Exercise! I hate to say it, but there is no "miracle cure" for your belly fat.
Most of it is just going to be hard work, but cardio exercise will help actually melt the fat away.
You need to do this with a good diet, but the results you'll see will be amazing.
So make sure that you take the time to exercise several times a week and you'll see your belly start to tighten up.
