If the item is worth more than you are willing to gamble, then take the item to the post offices and pay the cost of delivery confirmation.
Why? Because when you pay at the post offices, the officer will scan the number of DC and it will be shown as you have presented the item for shipment.
PayPal will accept this as a proof of letter.
But not by online printing.
RECENT NEWS: Most post officer will now scan the printed label to you so that your tracking number via PayPal will be printed with a notice Such as "received by the postal service.
