- 1). Open your web browser and navigate to the Motorola Support page to download the PC charging driver for your phone (See Resources).
- 2). Restart your laptop after the driver is installed.
- 3). Connect the large side of the USB cable to the laptop using an open USB port.
- 4). Insert the mini-USB side into the phone.
- 5). View the battery icon on the phone to ensure it is charging.
